Host & Producer
In the summer of 2023, Roger Kastner had a series of amazing conversations with business owners, executive coaches, and talented OD practitioners while he was contemplating a career move. Roger found that each of these individuals, although possessing very different extraordinary talents, were all living a more fulfilled life through their discovery, development, and application of their superhero powers. A couple of them even said, "we should do a podcast."
To keep the great conversations going, Roger launched the podcast in September 2023 with the intention to go deeper into curiosity and create a container for the guests to share their experiences and wisdom with their extraordinary talents, so as Roger says, "we can learn more about the unique talents within each of us and achieve more of our potential."
What is your purpose?
Roger: "I believe I unlock my potential when I'm working with others to unlock their potential."
Why this podcast?
Roger: "I am curious about what creates more joy and meaning in life, so that I can find more joy and meaning in life. And along the way, I want to share that knowledge with others so they may experience more joy and meaning in their lives. And we are going to have some laughs along the way."
What is your superpower?
Roger: "I do a few things well. I'm good at taking complex situations and boiling them down into what matters for those involved. I create space for others to express themselves and amplify their stories. And I learn simple frameworks and feel compelled to share them with others."
How will you share what you learn from the conversations?
"I'm excited about the possibilities. I am already capturing the lessons learned from the episodes, and I'm building on some ideas about the levers for finding and increasing potential. More to come, for sure."
